On November 19th, the first "Welder Master Cup" welding operator skills competition in the national nuclear energy system installation and manufacturing sector grandly kicked off at Baoding Craftsman Academy. The competition was jointly organized by the China Staff Welding Technology Association and the Baoding Municipal Trade Union Council, and hosted by China Nuclear Industry 23 Construction Co., Ltd., the Welding Equipment Application Committee of China Staff Welding Technology Association, the Vocational Education Committee of China Staff Welding Technology Association, and Baoding Craftsman Academy. Aotai Ai10 cobot welding system consists of a cobot, welding power source, and mobile trolley. It can automatically weld medium- and thick-plate components using line laser driving, greatly reducing labor intensity and welder skill requirements.
